  1. Well done on your first podcast! I must confess that my microphone is gathering a bit of dust  because I have been working on other things but I must get back on it. I have added gym classes to my working at home schedule. I find that going to a class gets me out of the flat and I get an hour not to think work which clears my mind. 

    • Thank you! I’ve definitely got the bug now.

      Yes classes are great (my local ones are pre-pay so you lose out if you don’t go). Great way to get that social interaction too.
